Rent for singles ranges from $600.00 to $700.00 monthly. Couples pay between $900.00 and $1000.00 per month. By the way, a lot of the landlords allow weekly payment too. Therefore a $700.00 rent will be paid at the rate of $175.00 per week. Utilities such as gas, electricity, heat, water and WiFi are usually included. kitchen access and visits are allowed but you must discuss these with the owner prior to move in.
