We have been in business since 2003 and over the years have really simplified the process of renting apartment shares in New York City. You tell us what you are looking for and we put together a large selection of rooms suitable uniquely for you to go view. If you like one of them and the owner approves you, "boom", you move in. That's it. No more long profile to create online and then having to send out back and forth multiple emails. Just pick up the phone now, give us a call, come see us and go view some places today. We are primarily looking for people that are clean, respectful, responsible with rent payment that can move in right away. There is no long term contract, no credit check. No social security needed either; just a photo ID and proof of income. Guarantors will be considered.

Looking for accommodation in New York City is no easy task. Even long time New Yorkers experience considerable amount of frustration when they embark on finding a room sublet, apartment or a new roommate. In a city of eight million people, where do you start? This is a daily drama because at any given time, there are hundreds of people hunting for a place to live in our city. There are several sites that advertise roommates but the problem with all of them is you have to create a long profile and then send countles emails and hope for an answer. What if you need a room for rent in nyc now, hmm? today hmm? within the next six hours? Well, you cannot use those sites then. They don't offer same day move in. They lack this face to face, human interaction that we do have. That's the main difference between us and them.

Over the past fourteen years, we have placed hundreds of room seekers like you. They are from all over the world and from all walks of life. International students, interns, tourists, local New Yorkers have all used our room rental agency to claim a piece of the Big Apple. We invite you to stop by our office during normal business hours for a free consultation and; who knows? you might even move in the same day. For your convenience, we are located on East 34th Street between Madison and Park Avenues not too far away from the Empire State Building http://esbnyc.com Scroll all the way down this page to find our contact information. Good luck in your search!
